COPY EDIT + WRITE: As a contract editor and writer for Hapacity Marketing, I helped the agency owner edit, rework, and write the latest iteration of her company's website while adhering to her unique tone.
GHOSTWRITTEN: After interviewing one of Osano's subject-matter experts, I ghost-wrote this article on her behalf.
WEB COPY: Colibri Real Estate's B2B partnership page needed a total refresh, so I wrote new copy for the entire page. This copy encourages brokerages to partner with the real estate school.

COPYWRITING: I wrote the copy and helped conceptualize the design for this full-page print ad for McKissock Learning's real estate appraisal audience. Appraisers are worried about the future of their industry, and this ad is meant to tell them, "You're in good hands with us."
WEB COPY: I was tasked with writing hyper-localized copy for select pages — including homepage, the "Get My License" page, and more — on Superior's website. We wanted to appeal on a more intimate level to North Carolinians, their culture, and their real estate market with hyper-local language.
EDITING (freelance): I edited, updated, and reworked this guide — produced by referral marketing agency Talkable — as a freelance editor and writer for the agency. I also heavily rewrote the intro and conclusion.

WEB COPY: Utilizing SEO, I wrote the copy for this product page, which promotes Colibri Real Estate's partnership with McKissock Learning to provide continuing education courses for real estate agents.
COPYWRITING: This full-page print ad highlights an Ohio real estate school's certification offerings. The school, Hondros, is a regular Colibri Group brand I write for.
COPYWRITING: This is a simple 4th of July promo email for an Arizona real estate school, encouraging prospects to enroll in real estate courses and enjoy financial freedom as an agent.
WEB COPY: I wrote this landing page copy for a boutique real estate school in Florida (Bert Rodgers Schools) that will now be providing select courses through a larger Florida school, Gold Coast. I wrote a series of these pages for different disciplines at Bert Rodgers.
COPYWRITING: To appeal to educators who might have interest in teaching real estate or partnering with Colibri Real Estate, I wrote this half-page ad. It appeared in a hand-out for a real estate educator's conference held in Las Vegas.
COPYWRITING: This email is part of a greater series where we speak to three different personas who might be interested in a real estate career by taking licensure courses. This email speaks to Persona 3: prospects seeking supplemental income.
COPYWRITING: I wrote this ad copy as part of a larger campaign where we speak to different segments who might have interest in a real estate career. This ad invokes a spring theme, while also speaking to our largest segment: prospects looking for their dream career.
GHOSTWRITTEN BLOG (freelance): I ghostwrote this piece for one of Talkable's blog coordinators. Talkable is an international referral marketing agency. *NOTE: Though the byline on this piece is the client's, this is my work.
Web copy: I reworked the copy on Colibri Real Estate's "Why Us?" webpage for better clarity and elevated language. I also added several copy blurbs to reflect the company's expansion of services.
COPYWRITING: I wrote this copy to tell students at a Florida real estate school about a new partnership with Echovate, a company that provides personality assessments to help define a person's strengths.
COPYWRITING: I wrote the copy for this large banner, used at Moreland University's conference booth at a teacher's education convention. I worked closely with designers to achieve the final result.
